What is a BalanceCoach?
A ZIBRIO Balance professional who is your guide to better balance. They will work closely with you throughout the program, helping you set goals and stick to them.
Will everything be on a device?
This program is a mix. You will receive digital programming as well as real-world materials, like sticky prompts and goal-tracking charts.
How much does the program cost?
It’s free for eligible participants.

How is this program going to help me?
Your body uses many of your physiological systems to balance, including your sensory, musculoskeletal, neural, and cognitive systems. As you age these systems can decline, so improving balance requires understanding what is impacting your balance most and training that.
This toolkit is a data-driven program that uses the award-winning Stability scale to create insights that guide your personalized approach. You will discover how your balance changes over time and unlock the secrets to your own better balance.
How long is the program?
The program is 12 weeks and split into the 3 phases described below.
What do I need?
A positive attitude
A hard floor surface to place a scale on (e.g. wood, tile, linoleum. Carpet or rubber matting cannot be used)
A smart phone with wifi or cellular connection
Compatible with Apple devices running iOS 11 and above, including iPhone 5S and later.
Compatible with all iPad Air and iPad Pro models, iPad 5th generation, iPad 6th generation, iPad mini 2 and later. Compatible with iPod touch 6th generation models.
Compatible with Android mobile phones running OS 5.0 and newer.
Compatible with Android tablets running OS 5.0 and newer.
(Some Android phones with very small screens may experience display issues.)
How much of my time will the program take?
11 minutes a day. 1 minute to test, and 10 mins of balance training
4 x 20 min BalanceCoach phone calls within the 12 weeks

What personal information must I share and why?
We need your full name, phone number, and email address so that our BalanceCoaches can help you set up the program and support your goals. If you do not already own a ZIBRIO Stability scale and your doctor is providing you with one for this program, we will also need your mailing address (not PO box) so that we can ship a scale to you for use during the program.
How is my personal information used by ZIBRIO?
Your personal information is kept safe and secure and is never shared, given away or sold. It is kept protected as part of ZIBRIO’S Hi Trust, HIPAA compliant database. If your doctor has provided a Stability scale and this program as part of your medical care, you agree that ZIBRIO can share your balance scores, balance profile and participation with your doctor. What if I want to cancel?
Participation is voluntary and you may cancel at any time by letting your coach know via phone or email. If you have been provided with a scale as part of this program at no cost to you, ZIBRIO will send you a return label and you must pack up the scale and send it back to us at no cost to you. This fall prevention program is designed to support individuals and their healthcare providers in promoting balance health. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition or disease, nor can it identify specific interventions to improve a person’s balance.
