With the BalanceCoach app, you can answer questions to see which habits are helping or hurting your balance, however, there are an endless number of follow-up questions we could ask. Here are a few:
Did I exercise before taking my balance test? Fatigue, especially of the legs, may lower your balance score for a few hours afterwards.
When did I last get my vision checked? Vision is an important part of balance, so it’s important to get it checked regularly.
Now return to the BalanceCoach app. After you fill out your Balance Profile, focus on the the areas of your life that may be hindering or hurting your balance.
