Perhaps your balance system needs a quick tune up
Movement doesn’t have to be complicated. Walk around in your home or stand up more often. You can also practice balance exercises given to you by a PT or you can follow Coach Roman in the ZIBRIO Better Balance Training in the BalanceCoach app. He can guide you to start moving your entire body the way it was designed it.
If you want to pick up a sport, we recommend pickleball as it is a social game and involves your body moving in multiple planes of motion - great for your balance.
