Our balance fluctuates throughout the day

We all have daily fluctuations, just as with weight. Take a note of the time you measured, so that you can compare like with like. At the same time, take note of the activities you do throughout the day to see if they cause your balance score to be lower. Once you understand your balance patterns, you can adapt and be more cautious when needed.
